Ingredients

For the pancakes:

• PLANTSTRONG Pancake & Waffle Mix

• Plant milk

For the cinnamon filling:

• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp date sugar
• 1 tbsp water

For serving:

• Sliced banana
• Maple syrup
• Toasted pecans

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for cinnamon roll filling.

2. Prepare PLANTSTRONG Pancake and Waffle Mix according to package instructions for pancakes.

3. Spoon cinnamon filling mixture into a Ziploc or piping bag. Cut off the corner.

4. Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Spoon ¼ cup batter into pan. Swirl cinnamon mixture onto pancake. Cook on 1-2 minutes on both sides.

5. Serve with sliced banana, toasted pecans, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
