Berry Oat Bake

Ingredients:

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

3 cups unsweetened applesauce

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or water)

2 cups raspberries (frozen of fresh)

1 cup sweet cherries (frozen or fresh)

3 tablespoons flax meal

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a 9×13 pan mix the oats, applesauce, berries, cherries, plant-milk and flax together in the pan and top with the cinnamon and walnuts. Then bake for 45 minutes or until the top is slightly browned.

Try this with peaches and blueberries or bananas and strawberries!
