Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- ⅓ cup Plant Strong Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon chocolate balsamic vinegar or Mandarin Chocolate balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup Plant Strong Dark Chocolate Granola, lightly crushed
Directions
- Crush or blend your chocolate granola into smaller pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Mix in the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, balsamic vinegar, and oats.
- Add the crushed granola to a separate bowl. Using a small spoon, scoop up the sticky chocolate balls one by one, then roll each ball in the granola to coat the outside.
- Scoop the coated balls onto a tray or plate, and flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon. Freeze until firm, or for best texture, overnight.
- Serve frozen.
