Refund policy
We believe in PLANTSTRONG products—and we think you will too. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days, let us know and we’ll issue a refund, minus shipping and any discounts applied. We’re here to help.
Currently we do not accept returns for our food products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@plantstrongfoods.com and we promise to do our best to make things right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Our food products are perishable goods so we do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or orders purchased with gift cards.
Refund Processing
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
