Shipment processing time
All orders are ideally processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location in the country but usually delivers within 3-5 days.

At PLANTSTRONG, we're committed to delivering our clean, crave-worthy, pantry products quickly and reliably.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
Alaska and Hawaii
U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
Military Addresses: APO/FPO/DPO addresses for Armed Forces in the Americas, Europe, and the PacificPlease note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
For orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and military addresses):
Flat Rate Shipping: $14.99
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $80 or more
For orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. Once the order had been fulfilled you will get an email including all tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
PLANTSTRONG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
PLANTSTRONG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, because of the nature of food products and for the safety of our customers we do not accept product returns.
