- Apples of choice
- Nut butter of choice (we used peanut butter)
- PLANTSTRONG Apple Pie Granola (or granola of choice)
- Date-sweetened chocolate chips
Directions
- Slice apples into rings about ½ inch thick.
- Using a cookie cutter, piping tip, or paring knife, remove the core from your apple ring.
- Spread a thin layer of nut butter onto one side of your apple ring.
- In a bowl, combine granola and chocolate chips.
- Dip apple ring peanut butter side down into the granola and chocolate chip mixture. Press firmly so toppings stay attached.
- Enjoy immediately for optimum granola crunch. Or, store in the fridge for a less crunchy, still just as delicious treat.
