Ingredients
1 Organic PLANTSTRONG Pizza Crust
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ red onion, sliced
¼ - ½ cup pineapple chunks (packed in juice)
1 PLANTSTRONG Oil Free Pizza Sauce Pouch
¼ cup BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1-2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Spread pizza sauce over crust, then drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Add all vegetable and fruit toppings, then sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
Bake on middle rack for 10-15 minutes. Slice & enjoy!
