Berry Oat Bake

Ingredients
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or water)
- 2 cups raspberries (frozen of fresh)
- 1 cup sweet cherries (frozen or fresh)
- 3 tablespoons flax meal
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to Bake at 400°F.
- In a 9×13 pan mix the oats, applesauce, berries, cherries, plant-milk and flax together in the pan and top with the cinnamon and walnuts. Then bake for 45 minutes or until the top is slightly browned.
