Berry Oat Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 2 cups raspberries (frozen of fresh)
  • 1 cup sweet cherries (frozen or fresh)
  • 3 tablespoons flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to Bake at 400°F.
  2. In a 9×13 pan mix the oats, applesauce, berries, cherries, plant-milk and flax together in the pan and top with the cinnamon and walnuts. Then bake for 45 minutes or until the top is slightly browned.
