Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups PLANTSTRONG Dark Chocolate Granola
- ¼ cup natural almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- ¼ cup date-sweetened chocolate chips
Directions
- Transfer granola and slivered almonds to a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Combine the granola, almond butter, almonds, cranberries, and flaxseed meal in a medium bowl.
- Line a 6-muffin baking tin with silicone muffin cups or paper liners. Spoon mixture evenly among the six cups.
- Using a spoon, pack mixture into the muffin cups. Transfer to the freezer and let chill for 20-30 minutes to firm.
- Place chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bites. Store in the freezer until ready to eat so they hold together.
