Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Ingredients
- PLANTSTRONG Pancake & Waffle Mix
- Plant milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp date sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- Sliced banana
- Maple syrup
- Toasted pecans
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for cinnamon roll filling.
- Prepare PLANTSTRONG Pancake and Waffle Mix according to package instructions for pancakes.
- Spoon cinnamon filling mixture into a Ziploc or piping bag. Cut off the corner.
- Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Spoon ¼ cup batter into pan. Swirl cinnamon mixture onto pancake. Cook on 1-2 minutes on both sides.
- Serve with sliced banana, toasted pecans, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
