Dark Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 bag PLANTSTRONG Dark Chocolate Granola
  • 12 medjool dates - pitted
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup water

Directions

  1. In a blender, pulse the granola until it is a crumbly consistency. Add the granola to a medium mixing bowl.  Blend the pitted dates, peanut butter and water until a paste develops.
  2. Combine the granola with the peanut butter date mixture in the mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat until the mixture is gone.
  4. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy these bites before or during a lengthy workout.
