Dark Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 bag PLANTSTRONG Dark Chocolate Granola
- 12 medjool dates - pitted
- 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ½ cup water
Directions
- In a blender, pulse the granola until it is a crumbly consistency. Add the granola to a medium mixing bowl. Blend the pitted dates, peanut butter and water until a paste develops.
- Combine the granola with the peanut butter date mixture in the mixing bowl until well combined.
- Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat until the mixture is gone.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy these bites before or during a lengthy workout.
