Who needs real Doritos when you have Plant Strong-approved, Doritos popcorn? Try this delicious recipe featuring a bold and flavorful spice blend, nutritional yeast, and a few spritzes of coconut aminos for umami.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Plant Strong Popcorn
- 1 tsp each of garlic salt, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and chili powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Directions
- In a small ramekin, stir together garlic salt, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Add coconut aminos to a spray bottle or mister. Prepare popcorn to package instructions.
- Spritz popcorn with coconut aminos. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and spice blend. Mix together so seasoning is evenly incorporated. Salt to taste.
