Fruit Shaved Ice

Fruit Shaved Ice is *the* easy sweet treat for the summer! Learn how to make pineapple, orange, and peach shaved ice. All you need is a microplane and your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

• 1 orange, rind removed
• chocolate drizzle
• tahini drizzle
• unsalted pistachios, chopped
• 1 peach
• 2 dates, chopped
• tahini drizzle
• PLANTSTRONG Oatmeal Cookie Granola
• 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
• 1 tbsp PLANTSTRONG plant milk
• 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Directions

1. Prep fruit for the freezer. For the oranges, cut off the rind. For the pineapple, cut into spears. For the peaches, you can place in the freezer as-is.
2. Once fruit is frozen solid, grate into a small bowl using a microplane.
3. Top with toppings of choice, or suggested pairings above.
