Golden Oven Fries
Golden fries without oil are amazing!

Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes
- Your favorite salt-free herb or spice blend
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice russet potatoes in your favorite fry style.
- After slicing, rinse the potatoes with water and shake off the excess.
- Line a baking sheet with Reynolds nonstick foil, parchment paper, or silpat liner.
- Sprinkle a layer of spices on the foil, parchment or silpat.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer over the spices.
- Sprinkle another layer of spices on top.
- Bake until browned. Cook time will vary depending upon the size of your fries. Usually 30-45 minutes.
- For thicker fries - flip the fries half way through the bake time.
