Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup of fresh arugula
  • 1 cup of cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 cup green onion diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes- optional
  • pre-baked Engine 2 PLANTSTRONG Pizza Crust

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to Bake at 425 degrees F.
  2. Warm your pizza crust in the oven or toaster oven for 10 minutes or until edges become golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and layer with ingredients.
  4. Starting with the hummus as your sauce layer, then the vegetables, add the black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes last.
  5. Then slice and serve.
