Green Sprouts Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup of fresh arugula
- 1 cup of cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
- 1/2 cup green onion diced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes- optional
- pre-baked Engine 2 PLANTSTRONG Pizza Crust
Directions
- Preheat the oven to Bake at 425 degrees F.
- Warm your pizza crust in the oven or toaster oven for 10 minutes or until edges become golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and layer with ingredients.
- Starting with the hummus as your sauce layer, then the vegetables, add the black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes last.
- Then slice and serve.
