Ingredients
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and sliced
- 1 Plant Strong Whole Wheat Pizza Crust and Sauce Packet
- ¼ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté onion, mushroom, and jalapeño until soft, about 5-7 minutes. If you do not have a non-stick pan, sauté with a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking.
- Spread Plant Strong pizza sauce over crust.
- Add the sautéed veggies on top of the sauce.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
- Top with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and serve.
