Smashburger Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 package Plant Strong Burger Mix of choice
- 6 oz hot water
- 6-8 corn tortillas
- Salsa or Sauce of choice
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Pickled jalapeños
- Chopped pickles (or Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo)
- Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Combine Plant Strong Burger Mix with 8oz hot water. Stir to combine. Cover and let sit for about 10 minutes. (Same as package instructions just with 8oz water)
- Press about ¼ cup of burger mix onto tortilla, leaving about a ½ inch around the outside edge. Repeat with remaining burger mix.
- Let tortillas chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium high heat or cast iron to high heat. Place tortilla burger mix side down into the pan. Press gently so all of the mix makes contact with your pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the burger releases easily from the pan.
- Flip tortilla over and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until toasted.
- Remove from pan and top with toppings. Enjoy!
