Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
These Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats are about to become your favorite Fall breakfast! Made with nutritious pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, plant milk, and our PLANTSTRONG Oatmeal Cookie Granola, this breakfast is hearty and filling. Just dump all the ingredients in a jar and store overnight in the fridge!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups plant milk of choice (we used our PLANTSTRONG Oat Walnut Milk)
- ⅓ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups PLANTSTRONG Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola
- Sliced banana, blueberries, flaxseed meal, cacao nibs, and cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a large jar or bowl, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and plant milk.
- Add granola and stir again, making sure the granola is fully submerged in liquid.
- Let chill in the fridge overnight.
