Raspberry Hibiscus Granita

Our Raspberry Hibiscus Granita is a sweet yet tart frozen dessert that's perfect for a summer dinner party! Made with our PLANTSTRONG Raspberry Hibiscus Iced Tea, lemon juice, and fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup PLANTSTRONG Raspberry Hibiscus Iced Tea

Directions

  1. Brew PLANTSTRONG iced tea according to package instructions, except use only 1 pint of liquid. Let cool fully.
  2. In a blender, blend raspberries, lemon juice, and tea. Transfer the mixture to a pan.
  3. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes. Using a fork, lightly scrape the mixture, making sure nothing sticks to the pan. Place back in the freezer. Repeat this process for 4 hours.
  4. Serve granita and garnish with fresh mint.
