Rip's Big Bars
These bars are the perfect energy for on-the-go snacking.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Rip’s Big Bowl Banana Walnut Cereal
- 12 dates
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp flax meal
Directions
- Blend the cereal in a blender or food processor until the big chunks have been broken down.
- Add the cereal to a medium mixing bowl.
- In the blender or food processor - add dates, water, peanut butter and flax meal - blend until it forms a paste.
- Combine in the bowl until well mixed. Spread on parchment paper 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into 12 bars.
- Store in an airtight container.
