  • 1-2 tsp soy sauce, to taste
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Steam kale for 5-7 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Remove kale to a plate and let cool for 2-3 minutes to release steam.
  3. Drizzle soy sauce and lemon juice onto kale, and toss to combine.
  4. Option to garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
