Ingredients
- 15 oz extra firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 container PLANTSTRONG Chunky Chipotle or Black Bean Chili
- Garnish: sliced avocado, cilantro, diced red onion, hot sauce
Directions
- Remove tofu from container and pat down with paper towels.
- Heat a large pan. Add tofu to pan and break into small pieces.
- Add spices and stir to combine. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tofu is soft.
- While your tofu is cooking, heat your chili according to package instructions.
- Top tofu scramble with chili and garnishes. Enjoy!
