Ingredients

  • 15 oz extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 container PLANTSTRONG Chunky Chipotle or Black Bean Chili
  • Garnish: sliced avocado, cilantro, diced red onion, hot sauce

Directions

  1. Remove tofu from container and pat down with paper towels.
  2. Heat a large pan. Add tofu to pan and break into small pieces.
  3. Add spices and stir to combine. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tofu is soft.
  4. While your tofu is cooking, heat your chili according to package instructions.
  5. Top tofu scramble with chili and garnishes. Enjoy!
