Strawberry Banana Nice Cream
Introducing our delicious Strawberry Banana nice cream made with our PLANTSTRONG plant milk, frozen strawberries and bananas, and a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups PLANTSTRONG Plant Milk of choice (we recommend Oat Almond or Oat Walnut)
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries & bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional garnish: freeze-dried strawberries
Directions
- Pour 2 cups of PLANTSTRONG plant milk into a silicone ice cube tray. Freeze for several hours, or overnight.
- In the bowl of your food processor, add frozen milk cubes and frozen strawberries and bananas. Blend until mixture is crumbly, like a granita.
- Add vanilla extract and 1 tbsp plant milk and blend again. Add 1 tbsp plant milk at a time until the mixture becomes scoopable and creamy.
- Serve in your favorite dish. Optional to garnish with freeze-dried strawberry crumbs.
