Ingredients

3-4 bananas, sliced (firm works best)
1/3 cup tahini
1/2 cup PLANTSTRONG granola of choice
3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Line a quarter baking sheet with parchment paper
Arrange banana slices on the baking sheet
Cover with a piece of parchment. Using a glass or ramekin, press bananas down slightly
Spread tahini over smashed bananas
Sprinkle granola on top
Melt chocolate chips
Cover banana bark with melted chocolate
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Place in the freezer to chill for a few hours, until firm
Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
