Ingredients
- 3-4 bananas, sliced (firm works best)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup PLANTSTRONG granola of choice
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Line a quarter baking sheet with parchment paper
- Arrange banana slices on the baking sheet
- Cover with a piece of parchment. Using a glass or ramekin, press bananas down slightly
- Spread tahini over smashed bananas
- Sprinkle granola on top
- Melt chocolate chips
- Cover banana bark with melted chocolate
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
- Place in the freezer to chill for a few hours, until firm
- Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
