Ingredients
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ⅓ cup tart cherry juice
- ¾ cup + 2 tbsp Plant Strong Oat Walnut Milk
- ¼ cup brewed Plant Strong Chamomile Tea
- 1 tsp maple syrup, or to taste
- Optional garnish: fresh blackberries and orange zest
Directions
- Place 2 chamomile tea bags in a mug or small pitcher. Add hot water and brew for 5–7 minutes. Measure ¼ cup brewed tea and allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together chia seeds, tart cherry juice, plant milk, and brewed chamomile tea until fully combined.
- Taste the mixture. If it is too tart, add a small drizzle of maple syrup and whisk again.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until thickened. Stir once after about 1 hour to ensure even absorption.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with blackberries and orange zest, if desired.
