Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp brewed coffee (decaf or regular)
- 1 ¾ cups PLANTSTRONG Oat Walnut Milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 12.3oz (350g) silken tofu
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or 1 Medjool Date)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions
- Add all filling ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Transfer to 2-3 jars (depending on serving size) and place in the fridge to soak for at least 1 hour.
- Blend the ingredients for the tofu cream until completely smooth, then divide among the jars as the top layer.
- Dust with cocoa powder and place back into the fridge until ready to enjoy!
