Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp brewed coffee (decaf or regular)
  • 1 ¾ cups PLANTSTRONG Oat Walnut Milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 12.3oz (350g) silken tofu
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or 1 Medjool Date)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, for dusting

Directions

  1. Add all filling ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Transfer to 2-3 jars (depending on serving size) and place in the fridge to soak for at least 1 hour.
  3. Blend the ingredients for the tofu cream until completely smooth, then divide among the jars as the top layer.
  4. Dust with cocoa powder and place back into the fridge until ready to enjoy!
