Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned rolls oats
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups Plant Strong Plant Milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend oats, walnuts, and flaxseed meal until they resemble a flour.
  2. Add banana, cinnamon, almond milk, and vanilla extract and blend again until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat, or until a drop of water sizzles when it hits the pan. Pour in your batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip. Cook for 2-3 minutes more or until golden brown. If making waffles, scoop batter in waffle maker and cook until the light goes off.
  4. Serve with whatever toppings you desire.
