Ingredients

Apples of choice
Nut butter of choice (we used peanut butter)
PLANTSTRONG Apple Pie Granola (or granola of choice)
Date-sweetened chocolate chips

Directions

Slice apples into rings about ½ inch thick.
Using a cookie cutter, piping tip, or paring knife, remove the core from your apple ring.
Spread a thin layer of nut butter onto one side of your apple ring.
In a bowl, combine granola and chocolate chips.
Dip apple ring peanut butter side down into the granola and chocolate chip mixture. Press firmly so toppings stay attached.
Enjoy immediately for optimum granola crunch. Or, store in the fridge for a less crunchy, still just as delicious treat.
