These Apple Nachos will be your new favorite snack! Apple slices, date caramel, date sweetened chocolate chips and our PLANTSTRONG Apple Pie Granola are an epic combo that can't be beat.

Ingredients

• 6 dates
• 3 tbsp hot water
• ¼ cup PLANTSTRONG Oat & Walnut Plant Milk
• 2-3 small apples, sliced
• 1 handful date sweetened chocolate chips
• 1 handful PLANTSTRONG All-American Apple Pie Granola

Directions

1. To make the date caramel, add dates, hot water, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Optional: transfer date caramel to a Ziploc bag and cut off the corner to make a makeshift piping bag.
3. Slice apples and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with date caramel. Sprinkle with date sweetened chocolate and PLANTSTRONG Apple Pie Granola. Serve.
