Ingredients

  • 1 Plant Strong Organic Pizza Crust
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced into coins
  • ¼-⅓ cup no sugar added jam
  • Optional: sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place pizza crust directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, until warm but not crisp.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Spread peanut butter evenly over the warm crust.
  6. Layer on your jam.
  7. Arrange banana slices evenly over the top.
  8. Slice into wedges and enjoy immediately.
