Offer valid for eligible Plant Strong orders placed during the promotional period. To be considered, customers must create original video content featuring their Plant Strong order or products, post it publicly on an eligible social platform, tag @GoPlantStrong in both the caption and the video itself, and email the post link and order number to hello@plantstrong.com for review.

To qualify for a refund, submissions must meet all promotional requirements. Videos must clearly feature Plant Strong products, be original content created by the customer, comply with Plant Strong's brand values, and must not contain offensive, inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, disparaging, or otherwise objectionable material. Submitted content must remain publicly accessible through the review period.

Approved submissions are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of qualifying products, up to a maximum of $150 USD. Refunds do not include shipping, taxes, gift cards, subscriptions, wholesale orders, or purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces unless otherwise stated. Limit one approved refund per customer, household, and qualifying order.

By submitting content for this promotion, customers grant Plant Strong a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and share the submitted content across Plant Strong's marketing channels, including its website, email, social media, and advertising. By submitting content, you represent that you own all rights to the video and have permission from anyone appearing in it.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued after Plant Strong confirms that all promotional requirements have been met. Plant Strong reserves the right to reject any submission, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
