PLANTSTRONG'S all-new Skillet Burger Mix is a time saving recipe of ground oats, mushrooms, seeds, and spices that's chock full of flavor, and capable of creating the plant-based burger of your dreams. Once mixed with water or broth, the coarse dough may be pan fried, baked, or air fried to a crispy, aromatically rich, golden brown.
Includes two (6 oz.) packages. Each package makes 3-4 burgers.
To make burgers:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix contents of one packet with one cup of hot water or broth. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Use a measuring cup to scoop and form into patties, and drop onto a skillet or parchment lined plate. Pro tip: place plate in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to help burgers set up more.
Preheat non-stick skillet to medium-high, then pan sear the burgers until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. It's best to let the burgers cook without moving them for at least four minutes before flipping and repeating on the other side.
