Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups PLANTSTRONG Dark Chocolate Granola

  • ¼ cup natural almond butter

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • ¼ cup slivered almonds

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

  • ¼ cup date-sweetened chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Transfer granola and slivered almonds to a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  2. Combine the granola, almond butter, almonds, cranberries, and flaxseed meal in a medium bowl.

  3. Line a 6-muffin baking tin with silicone muffin cups or paper liners. Spoon mixture evenly among the six cups.

  4. Using a spoon, pack mixture into the muffin cups. Transfer to the freezer and let chill for 20-30 minutes to firm.

  5. Place chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.

  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bites. Store in the freezer until ready to eat so they hold together.
