Golden fries without oil are amazing!
Ingredients

4 Russet potatoes

Your favorite salt-free herb or spice blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Slice russet potatoes in your favorite fry style.
After slicing, rinse the potatoes with water and shake off the excess.
Line a baking sheet with Reynolds nonstick foil, parchment paper, or silpat liner.
Sprinkle a layer of spices on the foil, parchment or silpat.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer over the spices.
Sprinkle another layer of spices on top.
Bake until browned. Cook time will vary depending upon the size of your fries. Usually 30-45 minutes.
For thicker fries - flip the fries half way through the bake time.
Note
Get creative with shapes, textures and types of potatoes. You can use this recipe with any kind of potato- note that sweet potatoes may take a little longer to cook. You can also make fries with your batch cooked baked potatoes - once refrigerated - they slice easily - no rinsing required just follow the steps for the herb/spice blend under and over the fries and bake until golden brown. Another tip - sprinkle with nutritional yeast in addition to your favorite herb/spice blend!
