Golden Oven Fries

4 Russet potatoes
Your favorite salt-free herb or spice blend
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Slice russet potatoes in your favorite fry style.
After slicing, rinse the potatoes with water and shake off the excess.
Line a baking sheet with Reynolds nonstick foil, parchment paper, or silpat liner.
Sprinkle a layer of spices on the foil, parchment or silpat.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer over the spices.
Sprinkle another layer of spices on top.
Bake until browned. Cook time will vary depending upon the size of your fries. Usually 30-45 minutes.
For thicker fries - flip the fries half way through the bake time.
