Ingredients

½ onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 jalapeño, seeds removed and sliced
1 Plant Strong Whole Wheat Pizza Crust and Sauce Packet
¼ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.
In a pan over medium heat, sauté onion, mushroom, and jalapeño until soft, about 5-7 minutes. If you do not have a non-stick pan, sauté with a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking.
Spread Plant Strong pizza sauce over crust.
Add the sautéed veggies on top of the sauce.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Top with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and serve.
