Ingredients

6 oz hot water or broth

2 tbsp oil-free hummus

Cucumber, diced

Tomato, diced

Pickled onions

Whole wheat pita

¼ cup tahini

Juice from ½ lemon

1 clove garlic, grated

2-3 tbsp ice cold water, depending on preferred thickness

1 pinch sea salt, to taste

Directions
Prepare Sweet Curry Burger mix to package instructions. Instead of forming the mixture into patties, form it into small balls.
Cook falafel in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes at 365℉, or the oven at 400℉ until crispy.
In a bowl, whisk together ingredients for the tahini sauce. Yes, the water needs to be ice cold! This helps with the consistency.
Assemble your pita: spread oil-free hummus, add falafel balls, cucumber, tomato, pickled onion, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
