A Quick Take On Oil—Why We Avoid it!

Removing the oil at home is easier than you think!

 

Ready to sauté some onion and garlic for a recipe? Heat your pan until drops of water sizzle, then toss in your vegetables and stir. If they start to stick, add a splash of any liquid (broth, water, beer) as needed.

Love to roast your veggies? Parchment paper to the rescue! Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and then you can roast any vegetable without oil. If you want to add spices, toss your veggies in broth before you season them, and then roast away!
