Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400℉. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Add the plant milk and whisk to combine until batter is smooth and no clumps remain. If batter is still too thick, add plant milk 1 tbsp at a time.
- Dip cauliflower florets into batter and place on baking sheet, making sure to let any excess batter fall off.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until batter has hardened and started to crisp up.
- While your cauliflower is air frying, combine all ingredients for the buffalo sauce in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a high speed blender, soak your cashews for 5 minutes in boiling water before blending.
- Brush wings with buffalo sauce and return back to the air fryer or oven for about 20 minutes, or until wings are crisp.
- While your wings are crisping up, whisk together all ingredients for your dipping sauce.
- Serve wings immediately after done alongside dipping sauce and extra buffalo sauce. Option to garnish with chives.
