Ingredients

Homemade vegan pesto (recipe by Forks Over Knives)

1 ½ cups baby bella mushrooms, sliced

¾ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

⅓ cup red onion, sliced

Homemade vegan mozzarella (recipe by Nora Cooks, minus the salt)

Red pepper flakes, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Or preheat pizza stone.
Prepare your pesto.
Spread pesto onto PLANTSTRONG pizza crust. Cut a corner off of the provided PLANTSTRONG sauce packet. Swirl sauce over over pesto.
Top with mushrooms, cherry tomato, and red onion.
Prepare your homemade vegan mozzarella. Using two spoons, drop a few dollops of mozzarella onto your pizza.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and mozzarella is slightly golden. Slice and serve!
