Introducing our delicious Strawberry Banana nice cream made with our PLANTSTRONG plant milk, frozen strawberries and bananas, and a hint of vanilla.
Ingredients

2 ½ cups PLANTSTRONG Plant Milk of choice (we recommend Oat Almond or Oat Walnut)

1 ½ cups frozen strawberries & bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional garnish: freeze-dried strawberries
Directions
Pour 2 cups of PLANTSTRONG plant milk into a silicone ice cube tray. Freeze for several hours, or overnight.
In the bowl of your food processor, add frozen milk cubes and frozen strawberries and bananas. Blend until mixture is crumbly, like a granita.
Add vanilla extract and 1 tbsp plant milk and blend again. Add 1 tbsp plant milk at a time until the mixture becomes scoopable and creamy.
Serve in your favorite dish. Optional to garnish with freeze-dried strawberry crumbs.
